Alexandra Bachan, Esq.
Alexandra Bachan is the founder of Vida Digna Law, P.C.
Alexandra is a licensed attorney in both California and New York.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Alexandra is the daughter of immigrants and is 1st generation American-born. Alexandra’s mother and maternal side of the family are from Cuba, while her paternal side of the family are from Croatia.
Since 2010, Alexandra has practiced law with passion and dedication. Alexandra has been licensed to practice law in California since 2010 and New York since 2012. She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Spanish from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), class of 2007.
Alexandra has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year from 2019 to 2024, an honor reserved for attorneys under 40.
She is deeply committed to defending civil and human rights and fights tirelessly for her clients.
Endry Garcia Sales
Endry Garcia Sales is from Santiago Chimaltenango, Guatemala, a Mam speaker and Oakland local.
Endry plays the drums with his church music group here in Oakland.
He is hardworking and passionate about serving his community.

Mathilde Requier
Mathilde Requier studied social work at U.C. Berkeley, and has experience working with asylum seekers and immigrants at the border in Texas. Mathilde also teaches literacy and English classes to the community.
