We value your privacy. When you call our office, we may collect your name, phone number, caller ID information, and any details you share with us during the call so we can respond to your inquiry and provide legal services. Voicemails you leave may be stored in your client file.
We do not record phone calls unless you are clearly notified at the start of the call, as required under California law. By continuing after that notice, you consent to the recording. Recordings (if any) and voicemail messages are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
For SMS, Mobile Opt in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Purpose and Description
By signing our Client Consent to Receive SMS and Email Communications, you are providing express written consent for Vida Digna Law to send you SMS (text) messages and/or emails regarding:
Appointment reminders;
Billing notifications and invoices;
Case updates from USCIS;
Important updates regarding our office, including office closures

Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 1–2 text messages or emails per week related to any upcoming appointments or case updates.
Opt-In/Opt-Out Method:
You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Vida Digna Law P.C. by signing our Client Consent to Receive SMS and Email Communications form after our first consultation in person. You can also opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive.
